What you will do
- Acquire new SMB/MM business accounts within the assigned territory to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Promote and sell the full suite of products to existing customers to drive expansion and cross-sales.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead follow-up to conducting product demos and closing deals.
- Collaborate with Channel partners, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to maximize account revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance statistics within Salesforce.
- Articulate value propositions clearly to address organizational cybersecurity needs and decision-makers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling to SMB/MM businesses required.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both verbal and written, required.
- Must be able to work in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and web browsers.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales metrics and pipeline management.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.
- Background or familiarity with concepts within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
