TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity/Sales): Managing and developing a portfolio of partners to drive deal registrations and new customer acquisition for a cybersecurity platform with an accent on establishing professional relationships, creating joint marketing plans, and guiding partner sales teams. Focus on increasing partner deal registrations, closing new business, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a large portfolio of established partners.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships and conduct initial onboarding with assigned partners.
  • Develop joint marketing plans with premier and certified partners.
  • Engage and guide partner sales and marketing teams on sales approach.
  • Increase partner deal registrations through account mapping and direct partners to utilize tools and content.
  • Close Net New business and meet assigned targets for monthly sales volume requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude working with channel partners.
  • Effectively manage and thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners.
  • Strong time management, organization, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills, including experience with Gmail and Google Docs, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field a plus.
  • Experience with Channel Sales preferred.
