What you will do

• Manage spend and category ownership for ingredients to ensure zero stockouts and business continuity.
• Develop and implement end-to-end strategic sourcing processes, including RFx execution, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Deliver year-over-year cost reductions through total cost of ownership (TCO) and value engineering initiatives.
• Optimize cash conversion by extending vendor payment terms and reducing inventory levels.
• Execute regional and global sourcing strategies while maintaining expertise on market conditions.
• Scout for new ingredients and manage cross-functional projects to support the company's growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Agricultural Sciences, or a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain management, ideally within a food manufacturing business.
• 3 years of experience leading regional and global cross-functional projects focused on business growth.
• Proven buying experience in Specialty Ingredient Markets (e.g., Botanicals).
• Experience maintaining sourcing data within SAP and other corporate systems.
