What you will do

• Lead the US 3PM team for the Beverage & Plant-Based category.
• Develop and implement a $300M+ Beverage Network Procurement strategy.
• Drive the 3PM Sustainability roadmap to meet SBTI targets across NORAM.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and strategic relationship development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&I, Quality, and Finance.
• Oversee budgets, productivity initiatives, and contract execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in 3PM and supply chain related to beverage and packaging.
• 10+ years of experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement policies, budget control, and contract negotiation.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Must be based in the US and report to the assigned office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience driving automation using PowerBI and AI tools.
