What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies across indirect and direct spend areas aligned with growth plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including the management of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and service levels to protect company interests.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and establish performance metrics/scorecards.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to manage the full contract lifecycle.
• Track and report key category KPIs, including total cost of ownership and savings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Proven ability to manage complex spend portfolios and multiple categories.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with procurement and contract management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Miami, Orlando, Red Bank, Norwalk, or Sunnyvale

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or multi-functional organizations.
• Professional procurement certifications such as CPSM or CIPS.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
