What you will do

• Own and enhance financial models, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
• Lead the evaluation and execution of M&A, partnerships, and corporate development initiatives.
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and executive reporting materials.
• Support fundraising efforts and manage investor communications.
• Develop scalable KPI frameworks, operating metrics, and reporting systems.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on strategic planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in IB, PE, corporate development, strategic finance, or FP&A.
• Elite skills in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to a board.
• AI-native approach, using AI tools and AI-generated code to automate manual processes.
