What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy for AI initiatives to align business objectives with technical execution and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate between Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Build and scale a high-performing AI Product Delivery Operations function, including team leadership and development.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and internal tooling to reduce cycle times and increase operational scalability.
• Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, and ROI metrics through executive dashboards.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for AI tools while balancing innovation and velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading product, program, or technical operations teams.
• Proven experience transforming product operations infrastructure within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Fluency with modern AI tools, AI agents, and LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, or Cursor.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing AI workflows and AI-enabled product delivery systems.
• Technical familiarity with modern data stacks, including Snowflake, dbt, or comparable infrastructure.
• Must be based in the United States
