What you will do

• Lead product vision and evangelize GenAI capabilities internally and externally.
• Guide product managers, AI scientists, and engineers to develop and execute a dynamic product roadmap.
• Manage experiments with GenAI technologies to identify new product concepts and research tools.
• Conduct customer and market research to understand evolving needs driven by GenAI and LLM.
• Collaborate with health research and technology leaders to integrate advanced AI into product development.
• Support corporate planning, financial forecasting, and strategic partnerships related to healthcare AI products.

Requirements

• Must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and residency completed.
• Minimum 3 years clinical practice and 5 years medical research experience with publications.
• At least 3 years applying technology to medical research or clinical practice.
• Proven success in product strategy and development using AI in medical research.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10-15% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI technologies and agentic workflow design including prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies like Lean, SVPG, or OKR.
• Experience in go-to-market planning and customer-facing presentations.
• Knowledge of website structure and development.
