What you will do

• Build, lead, and coach a team of AI Builder Product Managers, providing direction and growth opportunities.
• Identify high-impact traveler problems and frame them as clear, testable AI product bets.
• Rapidly prototype end-to-end AI experiences using LLMs, prompt design, and tool/function calling.
• Translate frontier-model capabilities into concrete product concepts and proof-of-concepts.
• Define reusable patterns and primitives (e.g., context continuity, undo flows) for adoption across company surfaces.
• Establish success metrics and experimentation plans for AI features using data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience building consumer or platform products, including AI/ML.
• Proven people leadership experience managing and developing other product managers.
• Technical depth to prototype using APIs/SDKs and write simple code in Python or TypeScript.
• Track record of taking 0→1 product ideas from concept through prototype to launch.
• Experience with A/B testing, success metrics definition, and system reliability evaluation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to align senior cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling product teams in large or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Background in software engineering, data science, or ML.
• Understanding of trustworthy AI principles, including safety, bias, and privacy.
