Salary: $186,000 - $223,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the NPI roadmap for the manufacturing line and organize cut-ins for software and hardware changes.
• Define and develop key KPIs for introducing changes to the robotaxi production line.
• Establish timelines and drive cross-functional deliverables to minimize manufacturing operational impact.
• Coordinate with hardware/software engineering, logistics, supply chain, and test teams to validate and plan line cut-ins.
• Communicate risks to stakeholders and evaluate impacts on the project schedule.
• Manage demand and retrofit planning, including trial and validation schedules.

Requirements

• BS or MS in electrical/electronics, computer hardware, software, or related engineering fields.
• 8+ years of industry experience spanning project management and engineering.
• Proven track record of driving complex projects in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Google Suite, and Gantt charts.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management and engineers.

Nice to have

• Previous NPI experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of programming (Python) and data extraction (SQL, Looker).
• Experience at autonomous vehicle companies.
• Aptitude for using AI to automate KPI calculations and reporting.
