Location: Remote or onsite in Lakewood, CO. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate screenings, interviews, and the offer process.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse technical candidates using cold calling, networking, and data mining.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Optimize recruiting metrics and implement best practices to improve overall hiring effectiveness.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and manage candidate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience recruiting for technical engineering positions.
  • Proficiency with Boolean search strings across multiple sourcing channels.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Paycom.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field.
