What you will do

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing and sustaining software solutions in fast-paced environments.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a formal engineering leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and lean software development.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and balance features with technical debt.
