Salary: $181,900.00 - $325,050.00 USD

What you will do
- Lead ES technology workstreams for the Health to GTS transition, serving as the primary liaison to Health leaders and managing risks and dependencies.
- Act as the dedicated ES technology partner for the Health Business Division, translating business priorities into measurable technology outcomes.
- Own execution of the βHealthβ divisionβs ES portfolio and roadmap across enterprise platforms, aligned to business strategy, system health, and architecture standards.
- Ensure operational stability, availability, and performance of Health business systems, including incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement across integrations, automation, monitoring, and release readiness.
- Lead technology due diligence, integration, and execution for βHealthβ division related M&A initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or business systems with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Proven success managing complex, global technology portfolios and business critical systems.
- Strong business partnership skills across Finance, Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, and integration platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Experience supporting M&A, largescale transitions, or reorganizations preferred.
