hirify.global is a purpose-built cyber GRC platform designed to enable CISOs to track and monitor security controls through controls lifecycle management.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM, intent platforms, and ad tools.
  • Manage the operational layer of hirify.global.com, including CMS administration, technical conversion paths, and tag management.
  • Oversee data governance, contact database integrity, deduplication, enrichment, and compliance policies.
  • Build and optimize campaign infrastructure, workflows, lead scoring, routing, and full-funnel attribution reporting.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools to prove pipeline contribution.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate execution and automate repetitive operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or ops-heavy digital marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Expert proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce; certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Technical ownership experience with WordPress.
  • AI-native mindset with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Claude Code preferred) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or equivalent.
