What you will do

• Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
• Manage databases and utilize analytics to provide insights into campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, email nurture programs, and webinar workflows.
• Enhance lead management processes, including scoring, routing, and nurturing to improve sales conversion.
• Ensure all marketing operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations within a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
• Marketo certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be based in the US or UK; the company is not sponsoring visas at this time.
