Amazon Account Manager

Amazon Account Manager (Ecommerce): Owning day-to-day management of Amazon client accounts with an accent on performance execution, strategic growth planning, and cross-team collaboration. Focus on developing PPC campaigns, optimizing content, monitoring KPIs, and leading business reviews to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Location: Fully onsite at LoDo/Union Station office in downtown Denver, Colorado. Require daily presence. Not considering remote, hybrid, or out-of-area candidates.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 base + variable compensation; OTE $95,000-$125,000/year (uncapped)

What you will do

• Serve as day-to-day lead for a portfolio of Amazon clients, owning performance and communication
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client businesses on Amazon
• Execute PPC campaigns, content optimization, promotions, and reporting
• Manage client communications, weekly meetings, and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with Ads, Catalog, Creative, and Project teams for timely execution
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, handle billing, and drive upsell of services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–4+ years of experience in Amazon account management or ecommerce execution
• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts
• Strong attention to detail and project ownership
• Excellent communication and organization skills
