What you will do

  • Act as the primary operational lead for Global Amazon Retail channels to achieve shared business goals.
  • Execute the annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) process to hit quarterly volume and profitability targets.
  • Manage the digital shelf by ensuring product listings, imagery, and SEO content meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory health and prevent stock-outs.
  • Align with Paid Media, Growth Marketing, and Finance teams on growth forecasts and new product initiatives.
  • Develop channel-specific dashboards and translate complex data into actionable market share opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in eCommerce account management, digital sales strategy, or vendor management.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Advanced proficiency in Looker and Excel for formulating data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience managing operational chargebacks, inventory forecasting, and catalog health.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
