What you will do
- Define and manage 's compensation philosophy, salary bands, and equity strategy across all roles.
- Lead annual and off-cycle compensation planning, including bonus cycles, promotions, and equity refreshes.
- Benchmark pay using industry datasets to ensure market competitiveness and business pragmatism.
- Design and administer comprehensive benefits programs, including health, 401(k), and wellness perks.
- Build systems and documentation to scale total rewards as the team grows to 500+ employees.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and California pay transparency and equal pay regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards covering both exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Proficiency with benchmarking tools (Pave, Radford, Mercer) and HRIS platforms (Rippling, Gusto).
- Experience with equity compensation design (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs).
- Strong analytical modeling skills and proficiency in leveraging modern AI tools to increase efficiency.
- Must be able to work on-site in Torrance, CA.
