TL;DR

Staff People Operations Partner (AI): Driving and scaling core People Operations programs and employee lifecycle operations with an accent on operational excellence and compliance. Focus on refining service delivery models, managing complex leave of absence processes, and integrating AI-enabled tools for workflow optimization.

Location: Hybrid (Livingston, NJ / New York, NY / Sunnyvale, CA / San Francisco, CA / Bellevue, WA). Remote may be considered for candidates >30 miles from an office. Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.

Salary: $135,000 – $198,000

What you will do

  • Drive and scale core People Operations programs across a rapidly growing global organization.
  • Own complex operational domains including employee lifecycle, leaves of absence (LOA), and workplace accommodations.
  • Refine operational processes to improve quality, speed, and consistency of execution.
  • Manage an HR ticketing or service delivery model, optimizing intake, SLAs, and response quality.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support corporate acquisitions and geographic expansion.
  • Mentor team members and align People Operations priorities with broader business needs.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations in global or multi-state environments.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in employee lifecycle operations, including offboarding, promotions, and HRIS updates.
  • Direct experience managing leaves of absence and workplace accommodations in compliance with regulations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and ensuring operational data integrity.
  • Experience leading an HR service delivery model using operational trends to inform improvements.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) per U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting high-growth tech or infrastructure-focused companies.
  • Exposure to global employment models, including EORs and international compliance.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions or geographic expansions from a People Operations perspective.
