Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, MD, MN, NJ, NC, PA, TN, TX, UT. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.
Compensation: $20/hour base + uncapped commission (OTE $60,000–$120,000 annually).

What you will do
- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive engagement.
- Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services using a consultative approach.
- Strategically manage client relationships and perform follow-ups to advance the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to efficiently manage pipeline and client information.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Expert communication skills for building trust and rapport via phone and video calls.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Must reside in one of the approved states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, MD, MN, NJ, NC, PA, TN, TX, or UT.
- Ability to provide own hardware: Quad-Core CPU, 16GB RAM, second monitor, webcam, and headset.
