Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY / Chicago, Illinois / Austin, Texas). Requirement: Working in office 3 days per week.
Salary: $96,000 - $144,000 base pay plus up to 20% annual bonus.

What you will do
- Provide strategic consulting to enterprise clients to uncover pain points and help them achieve financial transformation goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and account optimization to ensure high retention and expansion.
- Lead executive client meetings and conduct Business Reviews to mitigate churn and expand the company footprint.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and Product/Engineering teams to share insights and build the product roadmap.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including churn and net revenue retention.
- Mentor new team members through shadowing, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, accounting advisory, or enterprise customer success.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
- Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in close, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience working with enterprise-level companies.
- Must be based in New York City, Chicago, or Austin.
- Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.
Nice to have
- CPA or related professional accounting certification.
- Prior experience with or other close management tools.
- Previous Customer Success or Account Management experience with corporate and enterprise clients.
