What you will do

• Build and deploy AI Agents to automate accounting workflows, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Enable corporate accounting teams through structured training, hands-on workshops, and guided build sessions.
• Guide partner-led implementations and ensure adherence to internal delivery guidelines.
• Perform troubleshooting by reviewing Agent configurations and coordinating technical escalations.
• Collaborate with product teams to share customer feedback and identify usability gaps for feature enhancement.
• Travel up to 30% to customer sites for hands-on deployment and adoption workshops.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations.
• Background in accounting required (ACA or ACCA preferred).
• Strong familiarity with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, data-flow, API, and integration concepts in accounting systems.
• Ability to break down complex accounting processes into structured automation steps.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with LLM-based agents, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), or AI workflow builders.
• Experience in Professional Services, Finance Transformation, or Process Optimization.
• Ability to design SQL-based reporting and configure API integrations between finance systems.
