TL;DR

Sales Director (AdTech): Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships for performance solutions and Glance AI with an accent on mobile app performance, SKAN technology, and advertiser acquisition. Location: In-person and on-site in San Mateo, CA (Not open to remote locations)

Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

  • Identify, close, and develop relationships with strategic advertisers and independent agencies for App Performance and Retargeting.
  • Grow repeat business from existing customers through strategic relationship building and QBRs.
  • Partner with AdTech players like MMPs and DMPs to drive larger partnership value for advertiser clients.
  • Represent hirify.global as a thought leader at industry events, focusing on performance advertising and trends like SKAN.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive innovation, feature requests, and lead generation.
  • Align internal resources across product, engineering, and business operations to meet marketer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience selling demand-side solutions to large brands and advertisers across the advertising technology ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile app performance ecosystem, including DSPs, MMPs, and SKAN.
  • Proven experience selling into gaming studios, brands, and independent agencies.
  • Strategic approach to relationship building and a proactive, high-energy "hustle" mindset.
  • BA/BS degree in a related discipline is required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Mateo, CA.
