What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 data analysts supporting Pricing & Supply initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders across Pricing, Supply, Product, and Data to define analytical priorities and drive measurable business impact.
  • Build a strong analytics operating model, including prioritization, quality standards, and scalable insight generation.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans, decision frameworks, and recommendations.
  • Analyze pricing performance, supplier coverage, marketplace dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with data hirify.globalering and analytics hirify.globalering teams to improve tooling and data models.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or data science.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing analytics teams.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience in high-growth, product-led environments such as marketplace, e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing analytical talent.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting pricing, supply, revenue management, or commercial strategy teams.
  • Proficiency with modern data tools like dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to A/B testing, forecasting, segmentation, and causal analysis.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or B2B SaaS industries.
