Sales Enablement Lead (IoT): Defining and driving sales and partner readiness strategy across product and segment domains with an accent on translating complex capabilities into compelling field strategies. Location: Remote / Hybrid (Oakville, Ontario, Canada)
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own and define the end-to-end enablement strategy for specific products, platforms, or segment domains.
- Translate product capabilities into value propositions, sales plays, deal strategies, and scalable execution frameworks.
- Develop a suite of enablement assets including sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning guides.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales leadership to align enablement with roadmaps and GTM priorities.
- Identify domain-specific readiness gaps and implement targeted strategies to improve field execution results.
- Collaborate with Learning Design and Content teams to operationalize and deliver programs at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales enablement, product enablement, or sales strategy.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) environments.
- Deep expertise in translating product knowledge into actionable sales strategies and execution tools.
- Strong understanding of value-based and solution selling across the full revenue lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Sales methodology certifications such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or CHAMP.
- Specific certifications in enablement or product management.
