Location: Remote (Global / US)
Salary: $105,200 – $132,500 USD (for U.S. based candidates)

What you will do
- Design and evolve onboarding programs for SDRs and AEs to improve ramp speed and time-to-productivity.
- Identify funnel gaps and build targeted enablement programs to increase conversion and win rates.
- Lead readiness programs for new products, pricing changes, and GTM motions.
- Develop coaching frameworks and inspection guides to support front-line managers.
- Create and maintain scalable playbooks for outbound, inbound conversion, and late-stage deal strategies.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as ramp speed, pipeline creation, and direct revenue impact.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales roles.
- Experience supporting SDR and AE teams within a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of pipeline generation, sales cycles, and deal execution.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and ramp performance.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales Ops, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
- Analytical mindset with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multi-segment or global sales teams.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
- Experience building competency frameworks and structured playbooks.
- Background in high-growth SaaS environments.
