TL;DR
GTM Enablement Lead (Fintech): Designing and executing end-to-end GTM enablement strategies for BDR, Sales, and Customer Success teams with an accent on scalable onboarding, certification, and process optimization. Focus on improving ramp time, win rates, and deal velocity through the implementation of enterprise sales methodologies and AI-driven coaching tools.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end GTM enablement across the full funnel for BDR, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Design and build a scalable global enablement engine, including onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs.
- Operationalize GTM excellence by identifying and resolving friction points in qualification, handoffs, and deal execution.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate complex product capabilities into value propositions, playbooks, and battlecards.
- Define and optimize the enablement tooling stack, including LMS, CRM, and AI coaching tools.
- Measure enablement effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, win rate, and deal velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven track record of building scalable enablement programs in high-growth, technical B2B environments.
- Deep familiarity and evidence of driving adoption of enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and performance data to diagnose execution gaps.
- Expertise in implementing and scaling modern enablement tech (LMS, conversation intelligence, AI coaching).
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
