Compensation: CA$150K – CA$200K + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of AI agent builds, from initial scoping through launch and iteration.
• Configure agent behavior and maintain building artifacts (AOPs) to optimize quality and reliability.
• Implement and validate guardrails to ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance.
• Set up, test, and validate customer integrations with ticketing systems and other essential workflows.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive improvements to the agent-building platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions or implementation engineering.
• Strong technical foundation in writing code, working with APIs, and building integrations end-to-end.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade customer solutions through structured execution and testing.
• Ability to communicate complex technical implementation plans to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Toronto for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs, including prompting, evaluation, and workflow design.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations (CRM, ticketing systems, data pipelines).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong product instinct for writing PRDs and defining success metrics.
