Agent Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Salary: $200,000–$290,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global builds customer-facing AI agents for major brands, including healthcare organizations, insurers, providers, and healthcare financial platforms.

What you will do

• Own the agent development lifecycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and production iteration.
• Advise enterprise executives on AI strategy and translate business goals into measurable agent outcomes.
• Work directly with customer teams, lead working sessions, troubleshoot agent issues, and keep implementations on track.
• Build AI agents for healthcare use cases including insurance benefits, appointments, patient intake, billing, payments, and financial assistance.
• Identify unmet customer needs and provide product feedback to research and platform teams.

Requirements

• Experience working directly with customers and building trusted relationships in complex organizations.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, ownership, and delivery skills.
• Technical aptitude with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering trade-offs.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, including evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator, with the ability to balance quality, ownership, and speed.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field, equivalent practical experience, and/or an MBA or comparable technology-business experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial technology or implementations at financial institutions.
• Familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements, including fair lending and PII handling.
