What you will do

• Develop and evolve the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end influencer operating plan, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Provide strategic oversight of external influencer agencies and negotiate collaborations.
• Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand, legal, and FTC regulatory standards.
• Identify emerging platform trends and creator movements to drive brand visibility.
• Define and report on KPIs to optimize influencer programs and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided)
• 8–12+ years of marketing experience with a deep specialization in influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale influencer programs.
• Working knowledge of FTC regulations and influencer compliance.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to provide a professional home work environment with reliable high-speed internet.
