Partnerships Manager (Affiliate/Performance Marketing): Identify, build, and scale high-impact relationships across creators, influencers, B2B partners, and affiliates with an accent on data-driven engagement strategies and ROI optimization. Focus on sourcing creative opportunities, negotiating deals, performance reporting, and cross-functional campaign integration.
Location: United States/Remote (remote-first; requires sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations; 2-3 in-person offsites per year).
Salary: $112,000–$140,000 base + target equity.

What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnership opportunities across creators/influencers, B2B brands, and affiliate networks, bringing creative deals.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies aligned with brand goals for measurable business impact.
- Own performance reporting, track metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize partnerships using data.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and promo teams to activate and integrate partnerships into campaigns.
- Negotiate and close agreements, manage contracts and relationships through full lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, tracking market trends and competition.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in partnership and/or affiliate marketing
- Proven track record managing partnership/affiliate programs
- Strong understanding of attribution and marketing technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or gaming environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
