What you will do

• Partner with sales during the presales process to represent professional services and explain onboarding methodologies.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to propose achievable implementation plans tailored to business needs.
• Lead the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring stakeholders understand scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of accountability for clients during the onboarding period.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage changes or challenges to ensure a predictable client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing SaaS implementation.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical or process concepts to executive and operational audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology environments.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles applied to maintenance engineering or digital transformation.
• MBA or PMP certification.
