What you will do
- Partner with sales during the presales process to represent professional services and explain onboarding methodologies.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to propose achievable implementation plans tailored to business needs.
- Lead the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring stakeholders understand scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of accountability for clients during the onboarding period.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage changes or challenges to ensure a predictable client experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing SaaS implementation.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical or process concepts to executive and operational audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology environments.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles applied to maintenance engineering or digital transformation.
- MBA or PMP certification.
