What you will do

• Lead technical discovery conversations to identify client business processes and automation goals.
• Design integration architectures and system connectivity strategies using Celigo or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Create functional specifications, field mappings, and technical documentation for implementation teams.
• Act as the primary functional advisor between clients and developers during project execution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario design and defect tracking.
• Train and educate clients on platform capabilities and integration management best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in integration consulting or iPaaS implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Celigo, NetSuite, APIs, or ERP systems.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience facilitating UAT and supporting end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, or Business preferred.
