TL;DR
Technical Consultant (ERP/SaaS): Leading the technical work stream of internal implementation projects to integrate with enterprise systems like SAP and Xero with an accent on API-based integrations and data flow optimization. Focus on designing and troubleshooting sFTP/API integrations, tailoring Spend Export Files, and collaborating with enterprise clients to ensure seamless system synchronization.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office). Must be based within commuting distance of hubs. Relocation support is available from anywhere in the world.

What you will do
- Lead and manage the technical work stream for implementation projects.
- Integrate with enterprise ERP and HR solutions, including SAP, Business Central, and Microsoft Finance & Operations.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs (SOAP/REST) and sFTP.
- Consult on the configuration of Spend Export Files to minimize manual data manipulation for clients.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for customers and support implementation partners on escalations.
- Improve technical documentation and contribute to beta testing and MVP development for new connectors.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SaaS architectures and integration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS solutions with ERPs and HR tools.
- Proficiency in API-based integrations (SOAP, REST) and secure data exchange via sFTP.
- German and English language skills are mandatory.
- Experience with coding and scripting for custom integrations and configurations.
- Basic project management skills to ensure timely delivery of technical onboarding.
