What you will do
- Lead technical and business discovery to uncover customer pain points and align Apollo's value to ROI and revenue impact.
- Partner with AEs and AMs to co-own complex, high-stakes deals and navigate buying committees.
- Design and execute POC-based trials that validate impact early and accelerate decision-making.
- Architect scalable, secure integrations using REST APIs, CRMs, and tools like Zapier to optimize the GTM stack.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Mentor peers and develop reusable assets, playbooks, and demo environments to scale team impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically within GTM technology.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and sales/marketing automation tools.
- Proven ability to present credibly to VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing integration-heavy customer lifecycles and RevOps.
- Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
