Technical Consultant (SaaS Integrations)

What you will do

• Scope custom technical and consulting projects for strategic customer accounts.
• Translate customer use cases and requirements into platform configuration, architecture, and technical solution specifications.
• Manage implementation projects from sales handover and kickoff through delivery and handover to support.
• Facilitate integrations using Workato, data lakes, flat files, and APIs, including third-party applications.
• Design repeatable tools and scalable processes that reduce manual work and improve delivery quality.
• Develop technical documentation, project plans, knowledge-base content, platform audits, and new professional services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or a similar technical role with external stakeholders.
• Strong experience with APIs and REST integrations.
• Technical skills in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies.
• Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, delivering projects, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Ability to communicate with both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Presales specialist, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
