Location: Full remote work possible anywhere in France or hybrid in Paris

What you will do

• Scope custom technical and consulting projects for strategic accounts.
• Translate client use cases into platform configurations and technical specifications.
• Facilitate integrations using APIs, Workato, data lakes, and flat files.
• Design internal tools to automate repeatable implementation processes and avoid time-consuming work.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from sales handover to support.
• Perform platform audits and contribute to the professional services catalog.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical partnerships, integrations, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Expertise in APIs and REST integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong experience in project scoping and technical solution design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in France.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
