What you will do

• Write and structure user stories, use cases, and product backlog to guide developers effectively.
• Design user-friendly solutions through wireframes, workflows, and functional models.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Act as the link between customers and development teams, taking on a Product Owner role when necessary.
• Support project planning, workload estimation, and test scenario documentation.

Requirements

• Languages and mobility: resident in Belgium; fluent oral communication skills in Dutch and English.
• At least 5 years experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with integration projects
• Experience with a few the following: API, REST, SOAP, Postman, JSON, XML, SQL, BPMN, UML, SCRUM,...
• Experience in writing user stories and product backlogs.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall approaches.
