What you will do

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users, resolving software and system issues via ITIL-based processes.
• Manage, configure, and support NetSuite ERP focusing on O2C, P2P, Reporting, and Fixed Assets Module.
• Generate inventory and financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Deliver onboarding, training sessions, and maintain user documentation like guides, FAQs, and materials.
• Monitor issues, propose improvements, collaborate with IT teams, and ensure IT security and SOX compliance.
• Manage user access provisioning, segregation of duties, and support change management during upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MIS or Computer Engineering, or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of solid NetSuite Admin experience with advanced understanding of SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, including migrations and implementations.
• Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Up to 10% travel.
