Location: Remote, must be based in South Korea

What you will do

• Onboard new customers by providing technical consulting and guidance to achieve rapid value.
• Gather integration and automation requirements to lead the joint solution design process.
• Define and share best practices for deployment models, governance structures, and integration design.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify platform enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Conduct post-onboarding health checks and optimize integration processes.
• Create technical content, including architecture patterns, demos, and online courses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
• Strong knowledge of system design principles and integrations.
• Proficiency with database technologies such as SQL and Postgres.
• Understanding of SDLC and on-premise/cloud-based deployments.
• Experience with at least one Integration Platform (e.g., hirify.global, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Tray).
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Must be based in South Korea.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud business apps (Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Knowledge of JS frontend/backend and web development frameworks.
• Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions and iFrames.
