What you will do
- Manage portfolio of physician practices to deepen relationships and boost consistent mental health referrals.
- Conduct direct conversations with providers and staff, 60% in-person and 40% remote.
- Understand workflow challenges and integrate mental health referrals into routine patient care.
- Prioritize outreach based on activity data and share best practices in a collaborative team.
- Influence team operations in an early-stage function at a fast-growing company.
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or sales
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) for activity logging, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
- Experience in customer-facing roles with measurable performance and effective communication
- Must reside in Chicago, Atlanta, or Miami metro areas
- Comfort with field-based role: 60% time on-site at physician practices; reliable transportation required
- Ability to manage accounts and prioritize based on data
