What you will do

  • Manage portfolio of physician practices to deepen relationships and boost consistent mental health referrals.
  • Conduct direct conversations with providers and staff, 60% in-person and 40% remote.
  • Understand workflow challenges and integrate mental health referrals into routine patient care.
  • Prioritize outreach based on activity data and share best practices in a collaborative team.
  • Influence team operations in an early-stage function at a fast-growing company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) for activity logging, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with measurable performance and effective communication
  • Must reside in Chicago, Atlanta, or Miami metro areas
  • Comfort with field-based role: 60% time on-site at physician practices; reliable transportation required
  • Ability to manage accounts and prioritize based on data

  • 1+ years at a high-growth startup
  • Strong outbound calling and structured conversations with professionals
  • Healthcare, health tech, or physician practice experience
  • Track record of improving account engagement
