What you will do

  • Identify customer needs and develop effective sales strategies via phone and email.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline through active lead generation and prospecting.
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by leveraging deep product knowledge.
  • Manage and resolve complex transactional operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure value delivery post-launch.

Requirements

  • Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy sales (software industry experience is a bonus).
  • Proven ability to perform cold calling and outbound prospecting with small-to-medium companies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for rapid relationship building.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree.
  • Proficiency in maintaining CRM data and conducting needs analysis.
  • Must be able to cover the Northeast US and Canadian territories.
