Focus on proactive engagement cadences, onboarding support, usage monitoring, and partnering on renewals and expansions.

Location: Remote from USA-GA or USA-PA

Salary: $57,400 - $98,350 USD (eligible for commission)

What you will do

  • Manage portfolio of National or Mid-Market accounts with proactive, outcome-focused meetings and clear follow-ups
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, understand goals, and share feedback internally
  • Support new implementations, onboarding, training coordination, and early risk mitigation
  • Drive product adoption, monitor health and usage trends, partner on renewals and growth
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, prepare usage reports, and participate in business reviews
  • Leverage AI tools for efficiency and collaborate with Account Executives and teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Support, or related customer-facing role
  • Strong written/verbal communication; comfort leading virtual meetings (Teams, WebEx)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
  • Experience managing relationships and multiple priorities
  • Up to 10% domestic travel

Nice to have

  • 3+ years Customer Success or B2B client management
  • Healthcare, nursing, or clinical experience
  • SaaS/digital platforms familiarity
  • Customer presentations, account plans, project plans, or training experience
  • Salesforce proficiency; interest in AI/productivity tools
