What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for Authorization Services to improve member and provider experiences.
• Lead product discovery by partnering with Operations, Clinical, and Provider teams to identify high-impact problems.
• Develop and launch high-quality AI-driven decisioning systems, including auto-approvals and intelligent routing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance to ensure solutions are operationally viable.
• Define success metrics like auto-approval rates and turnaround time to continuously refine product strategy.
• Contribute to the broader application of AI and decisioning systems across Oscar's core insurance workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management or adjacent roles collaborating cross-functionally.
• 4+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes.
• 4+ years of experience with tech infrastructure, backend services, and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems and executing against roadmaps.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Los Angeles (Marina del Rey) office.

• Technical background or experience working on complex technical systems.
• Experience in healthcare, particularly payer or provider workflows.
