Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead 2–3 product pods end-to-end, setting direction and driving consistent execution.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into real, shippable work and production-grade code.
- Define product content, determine what gets built, and establish quality standards.
- Collaborate with SMEs and executives to define solutions for complex healthcare problems.
- Shape the product roadmap to ensure alignment with the overall corporate vision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping real products or systems.
- Deep product and technical instincts with a proven track record of delivery.
- Experience leading teams and the ability to drive direction informally or formally.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make critical decisions without perfect data.
- Must be based in and work from the New York City office.
