Salary: $74,320 - $102,190 base + 20% incentive

What you will do

• Analyze, accept, or decline financial institution underwriting risks (Asset Managers, RIAs, PE, VC, Banks, Fintech) to ensure profitability.
• Manage the existing renewal book and implement corrective measures to meet profitability expectations.
• Collaborate with regional and national product line leaders on accounts and propose operational improvements.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with key producers while monitoring the producer base for production.
• Monitor competitor pricing and forms to effectively market the company's product.
• Provide technical assistance and training to department underwriting support staff.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Financial Institution underwriting experience.
• US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided now or in the future.
• Four-year college degree or progress toward insurance designations (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional underwriting systems.
