What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner for North America Commercial and Medical Affairs Field Leadership to execute functional priorities.
• Build and execute the roadmap for Field insight solutions, leveraging AI for rapid insights generation and automation.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with vendors and developers to deliver tool enhancements.
• Oversee reporting operations and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Champion tool adoption across field teams and co-lead the development of training curricula.
• Manage technical operations including user access, platform availability, and release planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience (or Master's degree with 7+ years).
• Must be based in the US.
• Deep understanding of Commercial and Medical Affairs business applications and technology solutions.
• Proven experience in Technology Product Management and Technical Product Support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.

• Master's degree.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments servicing a large number of field users.
