What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product strategy for algorithm-driven oncology diagnostics and data products.
• Partner with bioinformatics and data science teams to develop algorithms for MRD detection, therapy response prediction, and biomarker development.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from initial concept and validation strategy to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Translate large genomic and clinical datasets into commercially successful and clinically meaningful diagnostic solutions.
• Collaborate with biopharma and academic key opinion leaders to align scientific rigor with commercial impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in oncology diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences.
• Proven track record of leading products from concept through launch and on-market management.
• Deep understanding of biomarker development or genomic testing workflows.
• Experience utilizing large genomic or real-world datasets to inform product development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data science and bioinformatics teams.
• Must be based in the USA.
