Remote with 35% travel within Brazil and surrounding areas. Must reside within Southeast Brazil, within one hour of a major airport.

What you will do

  • Drive achievement of sales targets by building territory strategy, engaging opportunities, and supporting partners to win and expand deals.
  • Establish, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners, recruiting new ones to increase partner count.
  • Lead enterprise sales processes for large deals, deliver presentations, demos, and training to partners and customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and marketing plans to boost brand awareness and deal flow.
  • Track opportunities in CRM, provide forecasts, market insights, and regular deal reviews with supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years B2B software/SaaS business development, channel management, and direct sales to medium/enterprise customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese; professional written/verbal English and Spanish.
  • Proven success in partner channel sales and direct/indirect enterprise deals, knowing when to lead or intervene.
  • Strategic/consultative selling experience, presenting technical concepts, preparing proposals.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS/MES complementary tech sales; outstanding communication for exec/technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% within territory.
  • Degree in business/marketing preferred.
