What you will do

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with assigned accounts.
• Lead sales cycles including qualifying, presentations, demos, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing, partners, presales, and post-sale teams for customer success.
• Engage stakeholders across customer organizations and maintain Salesforce hygiene with accurate forecasting.
• Foster territory understanding of customers, prospects, partners, and competitors.

Requirements

• Skilled communicator for discovery calls and prospect needs analysis.
• Proficient in presenting hirify.global value proposition and competitive positioning.
• Experience leading virtual teams (presales, partners, deal desk, professional services).
• Ability to create territory/opportunity plans and drive sales strategy.
• Expected 50% business travel.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales preferred but not required.
