What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale enterprise accounts to maximize customer ROI.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within major accounts to meet revenue goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle by coordinating with Implementation Engineers and Product Managers.
  • Provide technical and fraud advisory, translating complex product problems into actionable solutions.
  • Monitor and communicate critical fraud and performance KPIs using BI tools to provide strategic analysis.
  • Collaborate with risk analytics teams to proactively solve new fraud typologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS with a specific focus on Fintech or Fraud.
  • Full professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, including payment processing and KYC/AML/Sanctions workflows.
  • Expert analytical skills using BigQuery, Metabase, and Sigma (or similar BI tools), with mandatory AI usage to enhance outcomes.
  • Understanding of API integrations to provide first-level technical support.
  • Must be based in Brazil (São Paulo).
